본 연구실은 해상에서 리스크 평가, 분석, 관리에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 해양안전, 해양보안, 리스크 맵핑 기술, 해양경비 시스템 고도화, 해양사고 조사/대응 시스템 선진화, 스마트 항로 선정 기술 개발을 연구하고 있으며 학술적으로는 Ocean Engineering 분야 최상위 학술대회 및 학술지에 연구 성과를 발표함과 동시에 연구소, 기업과 연계하여 해양안전환경 문제 해결에 이바지 하고 있습니다.
